Inflatable Heavy LIfting Rubber Airbags And Marine Launching Rubber Airbags
Airbag advantages:
Put a lot of uninflated cylindrical bladders under the bottom of the boat, then inflate the top of the boat, remove other obstacles below, and then slowly release the airbags at the back a little bit, and place the hull a little backward. If you use the power to push it a little bit in the front, the boat will naturally go into the water behind, and the boat will be launched.
Ship launching in the shipbuilding industry is a relatively complex process. Inland and coastal shipping ships generally use track sliding and airbag rolling methods. Track sliding requires a berth or dock. Due to high investment costs and small scope of application, it is generally only used. Selected by large shipyards. Marine airbags are widely used by small and medium-sized shipyards due to their small overall investment and wide range of applications.

Airbag packaging and transportation:
According to the provisions of the CB/T 3795-1996 of the People's Republic of China Ship Industry Standard, the packaging, transportation and storage of marine airbags should comply with the following standards:
1. Packaging
Folded and packed with plastic woven bags.
2. Transportation
Airbags should be lifted, lifted, and rolled in an inflated state when transported on short distances. It is strictly forbidden to drag on the ground.
The airbag should be folded and fixed to the tray during long-distance transportation, with a cushion underneath, and wrapped with a wrapping film on the outside.
Airbag storage:
1. When the airbag is not used for a long time, it should be washed and dried, filled with talcum powder on the outside, and placed in a dry, cool and ventilated place indoors.
2. The airbag should be stretched out and placed flat, not stacked, and no heavy objects should be stacked on the airbag.
3. The place where the air bag is stored should be far away from heat sources.
4. The air bag cannot be in contact with acid, alkali, grease and organic solvents.
The damage forms of marine airbags can generally be divided into longitudinal cracks (cracks extending along the length of the airbag), transverse cracks (cracks extending in the circumferential direction), and nail holes (including disc-shaped damage within 10cm in diameter). The operation steps are as follows: 1) Delineate the repair range as the boundary of the polished surface. The repair scope should extend to the surrounding cracks, and do not miss any hidden injuries. The expansion range varies depending on the airbag model and damage range. Usually, the 3-layer is 18-20cm; the 4-layer is 20-22cm; the 5-layer is 22-24cm; and the 6-layer is 24-26cm.
Service and transportation:
