Yokohama Type Pneumatic Fender Structure
1. Outer layer glue
The rubber layer covering the outside of the ball is used to protect the frame material of the ball and the inner layer of rubber from external damage or wear. Main features: high strength, wear resistance, and tear resistance.
2. Nylon cord reinforcement layer
The reinforcement layer is composed of nylon cord layer winding, and the maintenance depends on the air pressure inside the ball. It has the advantages of no deformation, high rebound, and high strength.
3. Inner layer glue
The rubber layer on the inner wall of the ball is used to prevent gas leakage and maintain the air pressure of the ball.
4. End flange
The metal parts at both ends of the ball can be installed with inflation valve and safety valve.
